Info-Drive Software fixes record date for stock split

Record date is 26 December 2014

Info-Drive Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 December 2014 have fixed 26 December 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division (split) of the existing equity shares of the Company having the face value of Rs.10 per share into 10 equity shares having a face value of Re. 1 each.
