Info Edge (India) updates on its share holding in Etechaces

Shareholding reduces to 18% from 23%

Info Edge (India) announced that the Company, as of 31 March 2015, owned about 23% of the paid up capital of Etechaces Marketing and Consulting ("Etechaces"). Etechaces owns the website www.policybazaar.com.

Etechaces has raised funding of about Rs. 255 crore from other investors and as a result the Company's shareholding in Etechaces stands reduced to about 18%.
