Board of Ramgopal Polytex approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 April 2015

Ramgopal Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 April 2015, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Divya Modi as an Additional Director (Non Executive - Non Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 15 April 2015 as required under clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing agreement.

2. Resignation of Mohanlal Jatia w.e.f. 15 April 2015.
