Inland Printers fixes record date for scheme of reduction of capital

Record date is 05 December 2017

The Board of Inland Printers have proposed to fix the record date of 5 December, 2017 for issuing the new shares of Rs. 2/- paid up, pursuant to the Scheme of Reduction of Equity Share Capital as per the captioned subject duly sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, Mumbai vide therir order dated 22 June, 2017.

The Company is to reduce equity share capital From Rs. 7,21,88,000/- divided into 72,18,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each To Rs. 1,44,37,600/- divided into 72,18,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- Paid Up.
