IRB Infrastructure Developers update on Thane Ghodbunder BOT project

IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that Thane Ghodbunder Toll Road - Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company (SPV), has received a communication from MSRDC granting interim extension of concession period of Thane Ghodbunder BOT Project (Project) upto 30 January 2021. On the basis of the claim submitted by the SPY, the total extension period is expected to be beyond 30 January 2021.
