Jagran Prakashan consolidated net profit rises 135.12% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 0.51% to Rs 411.66 crore

Net profit of Jagran Prakashan rose 135.12% to Rs 129.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 55.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 0.51% to Rs 411.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 409.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 36.18% to Rs 307.97 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 226.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 3.74% to Rs 1725.38 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1663.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
