Jagran Prakashan standalone net profit declines 14.58% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 1.50% to Rs 385.95 crore

Net profit of Jagran Prakashan declined 14.58% to Rs 49.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 58.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 1.50% to Rs 385.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 380.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 4.07% to Rs 223.55 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 233.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 4.34% to Rs 1616.69 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1549.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
