The Japan share market reversed earlier gains to close session down on the first trading day of fiscal 2018, Monday, 02 April 2018, as investors moved to cash in profits after fresh data indicating Japan's corporate sentiment weakened. Most of TSE 33 sectors were softer, with decliners were led by real estate, precision instrument and construction issues. The Nikkei 225 average fell 65.72 points, or 0.31%, to close at 21,388.58.
