With reference to US District Court's judgement in MM Steel case
JSW Steel announced that the US District Court's judgement on 16 June 2016 has released, the Company's subsidiary JSW Steel USA Inc. from any further liability to MM Steel in return for a payment of $ 54,852,478.24. This payment has been made and JSWUSA intends to seek review of the decision in the United States Supreme Court, which, if successful could result in refund of part or all of the funds paid to satisfy the judgment.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
