Jubilant FoodWorks allots equity shares

Jubilant FoodWorks announced that Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 26,335 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under the Domino's Employee Stock Option Plan, 2007and JFL Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2011 of the Company on 14 May 2015.
