K E C International standalone net profit rises 37.12% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 4.26% to Rs 1939.74 crore

Net profit of K E C International rose 37.12% to Rs 60.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 43.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 4.26% to Rs 1939.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1860.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 42.70% to Rs 158.01 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 110.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 1.84% to Rs 6328.42 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 6447.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
