Receives order of High Court approval for the scheme
Kirloskar Brothers announced that the Honorable High Court of the Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Kirloskar Systech and Kirloskar Brothers and their respective shareholders.The certified copy of the said order was issued on 27 October 2016.
