L&T Finance Holdings allots 12.95 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

L&T Finance Holdings has allotted 12,95,075 (Twelve Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand and Seventy Five) equity shares on 19 July 2018 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under various ESOP schemes of the Company.

The said equity shares will rank pari - passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
