Laurel Organics announces resignation of company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 24 August 2018

Laurel Organics announced the resignation of Pratibha Anand from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 24 August 2018. Sanjay Gupta CFO of the company shall act as compliance officer of the company till the new company secretary and compliance officer is appointed by the Board.
