Liberty Shoes announces resignation of director

With immediate effect

Liberty Shoes announced that Adarsh Gupta, Promoter & Executive Director of the Company has submitted his resignation from the above position of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company will place the above resignation before the Board in the next Board meeting for their information and taking note of the same. Further the Company has informed that, with the change in composition of Board of Directors of the Company consequent to the above resignation, the Company continues to satisfy the requirements of the Corporate Governance guidelines as prescribed in the Listing Agreement.
