Aegis Logistics (up 6.02%), Transport Corporation of India (up 3.73%) Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure (up 4.33%), ABC India (up 3.87%), Allcargo Logistics (up 1.91%), Container Corporation of India (up 1.38%), Allcargo Logistics (up 1.91%), VRL Logistics (up 1.36%), rose.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 42 points or 0.10% to 40,765.23.
Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman while presenting the Union Budget 2020-21 today, 1 February 2020 proposed to build a seamless national cold storage chain. She added that the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) will map and geotag the warehouses and cold storages.
