Mahindra CIE Automotive appoints CEO - Foundry, Magnetic Products and Gears Divisions

With effect from 17 October 2019

Mahindra CIE Automotive has appointed Manoj Mullassery Menon (DIN: 07642469), the Chief Executive Officer - Foundry, Magnetic Products and Gears Divisions of the Company, as an additional director of the Company with effect from 17 October, 2019.

The Board also approved the appointment of Menon as Whole-time Director of the Company, for a period of 3 (three) years, who shall be designated as ''Executive Director'' with effect from 17 October, 2019.
