Mahindra Lifespace Developers has appointed Sangeeta Prasad as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 April, 2018. She will also be a Key Managerial Personnel effective 1 April, 2018 under the Companies Act, 2013. She will continue to report to Anita Arjundas, Managing Director.Arjundas will continue to have oversight for all the businesses of the Company as well for exploring new business opportunities / partnerships. The Affordable Housing business will report directly to Arjundas.
