Mahindra Lifespace Developers consolidated net profit rises 58.82% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 2.77% to Rs 266.29 crore

Net profit of Mahindra Lifespace Developers rose 58.82% to Rs 48.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 30.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 2.77% to Rs 266.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 259.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 65.03% to Rs 93.09 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 266.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 23.93% to Rs 826.16 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1086.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
