Record total sales of 39,930 units in January 2015
Mahindra & Mahindra announced its auto sales at 39,930 units in January 2015 as compared to 42,685 units in January 2014, a decline of 6%.Domestic sales stood at 37,045 units in January 2015 compared to 40,324 units in January 2014, registering a decline of 8%.
Exports for the month stood at 2885 units compared to 2361 units in January 2014, a growth of 22%.
Passenger segment sales stood at 18,804 in January 2015 compared to 19792 units in January 2014. The 4-wheeler commercial segment sold 12,919 units and 3-wheeler segment sold 4526 units in January 2015. Trucks and bus division of the Company sold 796 units in January 2015.
