Majesco announces acquisition of balance 10% stake in Exaxe Holdings, Ireland

Majesco announced that on 01 August 2019, Majesco USA has acquired remaining 10% stake in Exaxe Holdings, Ireland for a consideration of Euro 0.72 million as per agreed terms of share purchase agreement dated 27 November 2018.

Accordingly, Exaxe Holdings, Ireland has become a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Majesco, USA and step-down subsidiary of the Company.
