Maruti Suzuki India Changes directorate

W.e.f. 26 January 2018

The board of Maruti Suzuki India has accepted the resignation of Mr. Shigetoshi Torii from the post of Director w.e.f close of business hours of251 h January, 2018 and approved the appointment of Mr. Kazunari Yamaguchi as a Director and Whole- time Director designated as Director (Production) w.e.f261h January, 2018 for a period of three years, pursuant to the change in nomination by Suzuki Motor Corporation.
