Mawana Sugars announced that pursuant to a Board Resolution dated 10 May 2016 (which was reported to the stock exchanges), subject to all statutory and other necessary approvals, including shareholders' approval, the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to sell one of the operating units of the Company viz.
