Max India allots 2.21 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Max India has allotted 2,21,500 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company for cash towards the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stood increased to Rs.53,77,74,096 comprising of 26,88,87,048 equity shares of Rs. 2 each as of 19 December 2019.
