The Board of Clariant Chemicals (India) at its meeting held on 19 December 2019 has approved the sale of Masterbatch Business to PolyOne Polymers India or its affiliate in India, on a going concern basis by way of slump sale, subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot and all other applicable statutory approvals. The company will receive a consideration of Rs 426 crore subject to adjustments. The sale is expected to be completed by second quarter of FY 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
