Metal Coatings (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 July 2015, to adopt and approve the Notice of AGM & Directors Report of the Company along with the Corporate Governance Report for financial year 2014-15, & to fix the day, date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
