Mindtree to hold board meeting

Mindtree will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 January 2016, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2015 and also to consider the declaration of interim dividend, if any, amongst other matters.
