Mold-Tek Technologies drops ex-dividend

Mold-Tek Technologies fell 2.58% to Rs 249.20 at 15:22 IST on BSE as the stock turned ex-dividend today, 21 April 2015, for interim dividend of Rs 2 per share for the year ended 31 March 2015.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 181.49 points or 0.65% at 27,704.72.

On BSE, so far 6,181 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 18,734 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 265 and a low of Rs 248 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 280 yesterday, 20 April 2015. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 34.05 on 13 May 2014.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 20 April 2015, surging 26.76% compared with Sensex's 1.33% fall. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, galloping 84.83% as against Sensex's 3.12% fall.

Before turning ex-dividend, the stock offered a dividend yield of 0.78% based on the closing price of Rs 255.80 yesterday, 20 April 2015.

Mold-Tek Technologies' consolidated net profit rose 108.2% to Rs 1.52 crore on 13.4% growth in net sales to Rs 12.42 crore in Q3 December 2014 over Q3 December 2013.
