Netlink Solutions (India) sells its exhibition business
For consideration of Rs 6.12 crore
Netlink Solutions (India) on 24 September 2018 signed an asset purchase agreement with Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India to sell its Exhibition Business as a going concern basis for a consideration of Rs. 6.12 crore.This Agreement includes (i) Sale of 100% rights and ownership of the Exhibition Business containing Stationery & Write Show, Corporate Gift Show and Houseware and Kitchenware Show (Exhibition Business) to Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India; and (ii) the Company would be entitled to 30% share of profits from 2023 exhibition onwards till the Company decides to sale the remaining 30% profit entitlements.
