Net profit of New India Assurance Company rose 96.67% to Rs 232.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 118.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 13.73% to Rs 6991.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 6147.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.For the full year,net profit rose 13.74% to Rs 1640.47 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1442.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 11.47% to Rs 26376.33 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 23662.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
