Nifty December 2013 futures were at 6300, at a premium of 25.75 points over spot closing of 6274.25.
Reliance Industries December 2013 futures were at 896.25, near spot closing of 895.
State Bank of India December 2013 futures were at 1761.70, at a premium over spot closing of 1754.
TCS December 2013 futures were at 2133.05, at a premium over spot closing of 2128.15.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty surged 107.60 points or 1.74% to settle at 6,274.25, its highest closing level since 11 December 2013.
