Turnover rises
Nifty June 2014 futures were at 7664, near spot closing of 7654.60. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 195778.87 crore from Rs 178998.06 crore on Friday, 6 June 2014.
Unitech June 2014 futures were at 37.95, near spot closing of 37.85.
ICICI Bank June 2014 futures were at 1487.40, at a premium over spot closing of 1484.
Coal India June 2014 futures were at 413.40, near spot closing of 411.40.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty surged 71.20 points or 0.94% to settle at 7,654.60, a record closing high.
