Nifty March 2014 futures at premium

Turnover drops

Nifty March 2014 futures were at 6347.25, at a premium of 18.60 points over spot closing of 6328.65. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 118183.50 crore from Rs 122476.49 crore on Tuesday, 4 March 2014.

Aurobindo Pharma March 2014 futures were at 538.30, at a premium over spot closing of 534.60.

State Bank of India March 2014 futures were at 1564, at a discount compared to spot closing of 1572.

Yes Bank March 2014 futures were at 332.15, near spot closing of 331.10.

In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 30.70 points or 0.49% to settle at 6,328.65, its highest closing level since 23 January 2014.

The March 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 27 March 2014.
