Turnover on NSE's F&O segment falls
Nifty May 2015 futures were at 8218, at a premium of 26.50 points over spot closing of 8191.50. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment fell to Rs 2.12 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 2.48 lakh crore registered during the previous trading session.
Hindustan Unilever May 2015 futures were at 900, at a premium over spot closing of 894.55.
Punjab National Bank May 2015 futures were at 144, at a discount over spot closing of 146.60.
ICICI Bank May 2015 futures were at 317.90, at a premium over spot closing of 316.90
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty gained 134.20 points or 1.67% to settle at 8,191.50, its highest closing level since 5 May 2015.
The May 2015 derivatives contracts are scheduled to expire on 28 May 2015.
