Nifty November futures trade at premium

Turnover on NSE's F&O segment falls

The Nifty November 2017 futures traded at 10,318, a premium of 19.25 points over Nifty's spot closing of 10,298.75 in the cash market.

Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment fell to Rs 3.69 lakh crore as compared with the turnover of Rs 5.33 lakh crore registered in the previous session.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 15.15 points or 0.15% to settle at 10,298.75.

Tata Global Beverages, State Bank of India, Reliance Industries (RIL), Tata Steel and ICICI Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Tata Global Beverages November 2017 futures traded at 275.80, at a premium compared with spot closing of 275.15. State Bank of India November 2017 futures traded at 334.15, at a premium compared with spot closing of 332.75.

RIL November 2017 futures traded at 922.65, at a premium over spot closing of 919. Tata Steel November 2017 futures traded at 703.85, at a premium compared with spot closing of 701.60. ICICI Bank November 2017 futures traded at 320.30, at a premium compared with spot closing of 318.90.

The November 2017 F&O contracts expire on 30 November 2017.
