NIIT Technologies allots 61,000 equity shares under ESOP

NIIT Technologies has allotted 61,000 equity Shares of the face value Rs. 10 each on exercise of the options under Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company, on 17 December 2019.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 62,478,914 equity share of face value of Rs. 10each aggregating to Rs. 624,789,140/-.
