NIIT Technologies allots equity shares
Under ESOP
NIIT Technologies announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 1,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on July 18, 2016.
