Airtel Africa, a UK incorporated subsidiary of Bharti Airtel is intending to list its shares on an international stock exchange, inter alia, for funding the growth of its Africa businesses in 14 countries, including Tanzania. Bharti Airtel has, vide its separate communications to the Tanzanian Government, clarified that the listing of shares of Airtel Africa will not change the shareholding or control of Airtel Tanzania or its parent company, which holds shares in Airtel Tanzania i.e. Bharti Airtel Tanzania BV. Airtel would, even post IPO continue to majority own Airtel Africa, UK and in turn the African operations.
Two wheeler major Hero MotoCorp announced after market hours yesterday, 6 November 2018, that it unveiled its new premium motorcycle - the XPulse 200T - at the global platform of the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy. The XPulse 200T is a 'Tourer' that offers customers modern technology in retro styling. The motorcycle offers a host of safety and convenience features such as single channel ABS, LED head and tail lamps, digital speedometer with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.

Power Grid Corporation of India said that its board has approved investments of Rs 911.43 crore. The board has approved system strengthening scheme at Tuticorin-11 and Bhuj PS at a cost of Rs 496.11 crore with commissioning schedule of 15-19 months from the date of investment approval. Besides, investment of Rs 241.38 crore was approved for for reliable communication scheme under central sector for northern region with commissioning schedule of 36 months. Reliable communication scheme under central sector for southern region was also cleared at an estimated cost of Rs 173.94 crore.
