With acquisition of NEEPCO and THDC

Post acquisition of shares in North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) and THDC India (THDC), Group NTPC's installed and commercial capacity position has increased to 62110 MW and 61126 MW respectively.

The acquisition of THDC has increased NTPC's installed and commercial capacity by 1537 MW and 1513 MW respectively.

The acquisition of NEEPCO has increased NTPC's installed and commercial capacity by 1757 MW and 1457 MW respectively.
