Orient Green Power Company announced that Shriram Industrial Holdings (seller), being one of the promoters of the Company has submitted a notice dated 19 May 2014 for offer of sale of up to 7,661,400 equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each representing 1.349% of the equity share capital of the Company, to be undertaken on 20 May 2014, exclusively through separate window provided by the NSE for this purpose.
