Oriental Bank of Commerce slated to open BASE III compliance Perpetual Debt Instruments issue

On 23 January 2015

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Bank's issue of Basel III Compliant Perpetual Debt Instruments of Rs. 10,00,000/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs.500 crore is slated to open on 23 January 2015 and will close on 06 February 2015 and the deemed date of allotment shall be 10 February 2015. The Bonds have been rated ICRA AA- (Hyb) & CARE AA- by ICRA & CARE respectively and bear coupon rate of 9.48% p.a.
