Outcome of board meeting of AGI Infra

AGI Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 April 2016 has taken the following decisions:

1. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Aarti Mahajan as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.

2. The Board reviewed the operation of the Company.
