Austin Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 June 2016, at 11:00 a.m., has transacted the following:1. Rajan R. Bambhania is redesignated as Managing Director and he is appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.
2. Anila S. Thanki is appointed as additional woman director (non executive) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
3. Aarti K. Goswami has resigned as Director from the Board.
4. The Board has approved Corporate Governance Report for financial year 31 March 2016.
