Emkay Global Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2016, inter alia, has:1. Not recommended any Dividend on Equity Shares for the year 2015-2016 and Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share declared by the Company on 11 March 2016 be considered as Final Dividend for the financial year 2015-2016.
2. Re-appointment of and payment of remuneration of Krishna Kumar Karwa as Managing Director & CFO and Prakash Kacholia as Managing Director for a further period of three years w.e.f. 01 October 2016 subject to Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and subject to approval of the Central Government, if required.
