Arihant Avenues & Credit announced that the board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2016, inter alia, has considered the following:- It has been decided to change the name of the company from "Arihant Avenues & Credit" to "Maheshwari Logitrade" subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and other authorities as prescribed in and pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
