Hatsun Agro Product announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:- Private Placement Offer Letter to be sent to select persons/entities belonging to Non-promoter Group, as approved by the shareholders of the Company by passing of special resolution through Postal Ballot on October 28, 2014, for the issue and allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at Rs. 300/- per share including a premium of Rs. 299/- per share, on preferential basis for a total consideration of Rs. 30 crore.
