Jaykay Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2014, has considered & approved the following;1. The resignation of Yadupati Singhania, Managing Director & CEO of the Company who has had tendered his resignation to the Company. The Board also resolved to relieve Yadupati Singhania, from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 30 August 2014;
2. The appointment of Ashok Gupta as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 September 2014 as recommended by Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on 01 September 2014;
3. To designate Chandra Prakash Agrawal, presently acting as Sr. General Manager (Taxation), as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company and to accord resignation Ashok Gupta as CFO with effect from 01 September 2014.
