Medicamen Biotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 June 2016 has transacted the following -

Allotted 5,25,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 56 per share.

Allotted 5,51,394 convertible warrants into equity shares, at a price of Rs 56 per share.
