Mold-Tek Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 April 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Company has appointed Pooja Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. The Company has adopted Schedule A under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
