Outcome of board meeting of National General Industries

Held on 13 August 2015

National General Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, has decided to designated new e-mail ID i.e. cs@modisteel.net exclusively for the purpose of registering complaints by investors as well as for communication with compliance officer of the Company, with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, for smooth migration to above said new e-mail ID, the Company will continue to receive communication at its existing e-mail ID till 30 August 2015.
